Competition Terms: back
In entering your photo to The Miss TGirls Home International Queen 2008 competition, you need to be aware that publishing your photo in this way attracts legal responsibilities. It is up to you to make sure you are not breaking any laws by publishing your photo in our contest.
Respect each other and respect the photos you find here and you will be helping make this an inspiring and enjoyable contest for all concerned.

Images required are full "head to toe" photos.

This competition is only open to the Transgendered ie. TV, TS, CD etc.
- Entrants to the competition are the person featuring in the Photograph, who must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- We will not accept obscene material, this means no reference to genitalia, pornographic material or images of lewd actions.
- TGirls Home Shopping reserves the right to request proof of any entrant's age.
- Only one entry per applicant is permitted. Entries must be sent from a valid email address in order for prizes to be claimed should you win.
- Entries may take up to 24 hours to appear on the website.
- Any entry found to be false or misleading will be disqualified from the competition.
- This competition is run by TGirls Home Shopping and is the sole property of the company.
- In consideration of being given the opportunity for the Photograph forming part of the competition, you hereby give TGirlshomeshopping.com perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and publish your Photograph.
- We expect our entrants to respect competition staff and fellow contestants at all times. Any abusive behaviour towards competition staff and fellow entrants is unacceptable, and will result in immediate disqualification. Personal details of entrants remain anonymous and will not be disclosed to anyone.
- By entering the competition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the competition, and it will be viewed as a legally binding contract.
Voting:
- Anyone can vote on your photo.
- Only one vote is permissable per person per day.
- Votes count towards both monthly and annual winners.
- The entrant with the most votes at the end of each month will be the winner and Princess for that month unless they have previously acheived Princess Status for that year, in which case the highest scoring runner up that has not yet achieved Princess status for this year will be awarded Princess Status. Annual winners are drawn at the end of December.
- Monthly winners will be listed on thier own calendar "TGirls Monthly Princess" calendar page as well as on the main list of entrants.
- The entrant with the most votes over 12 months will be the winner for that year, and will become Miss TGirls Home International Queen 2008!
Prizes:
- All entrants will receive 5% off their next order. This discount is valid for one use, can be used any time and expires at the end of the year. Should contestants continue their entry into a new year, they will receive a new discount code for that year.
- All monthly winners will receive a further 10% off their next order. This discount is valid for one use, can be used any time and is valid for one year.
- The annual winner will receive 30% off their next order, and a cosmetics prize. This discount is valid for one use, can be used any time and is valid for one year.
- Votes are counted on the last day of the month, winners will be notified within 24 hours. Please ensure you have given your correct email address when submitting your photo, we will use this email address to send you confirmation, and details of how to claim your prizes should you win.
It is important you read the agreement below. Using this website means you accept this agreement. If you do not agree with its terms, do not participate in the contest.

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to persons under 18 years of age.
Amendment to this agreement
We may amend the terms of this agreement from time to time, and we will let you know about these changes either by sending you an email to the email address you have registered with TGirlshomeshopping.com or by displaying information about the changes on our contest web pages, or both. Either way, your continuing use of this website will be taken to be acceptance of the new terms.
When you submit content to the TGirlshomeshopping.com website you represent and warrant that:
- you own all copyright in the content, or if you are not the owner, that you have permission to use the content, and that you have the right to display and reproduce the content. You license TGirlshomeshopping.com to use and sub-license the content in accordance with this agreement;
- you and your content do not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including copyright, moral rights, trade mark, patent or right of privacy;
- you or your content, and your use, storage, reproduction and display on the website will comply with all applicable law, rules and regulations;
- your content does not contain material that defames or vilifies any person, people, races, religion or religious group and is not obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable;
- your content does not include malicious code, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information;
- your content is not misleading and deceptive and does not offer or disseminate fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions.
