Returns Policy: We cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons of any lingerie or underwear, cosmetics, shapewear or adult toys and novelties. We request that all returns be sent with a completed returns form which is available upon request via email. Please print and complete this form and send it with your returned goods. You can return your goods via the Post Office. Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled, and your completed returns note is enclosed. Please retain proof of posting your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Shipping: Your parcel will be sent within 3-5 working days of processing your order. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery in plain packaging. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and we will send it as soon as possible.

Secondhand Boutique: All items in the secondhand Boutique are used items. Unless an item is damaged, we cannot accept returns on these products.

Promotional Offers: All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety.

Unacceptable Returns: If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Please note: Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
